Kate Pomeroy is the Head of Innovation for Pernod Ricard North America, a leading Beverage Alcohol Company with brands such as Jameson, Absolut, Malibu, Kahlúa, The Glenlivet, Altos and Avion Tequila and G.H. Mumm Champagne. Recent launches include new RTD cocktails for Malibu and Absolut, as well as the first RTDs from Jameson; new Jameson Orange which just launched in January; and Avion Cristalino – a new aged, yet clear, ultra premium, extra anejo tequila.
Prior to heading up the innovation team, Kate was VP Marketing for many of the brands the portfolio – including Jameson, Absolut, Malibu, Tequilas and Kahlúa. In previous roles, she also led Consumer Insights and led the vision for D+I as the Company’s first Chief Diversity Officer.
Before landing in the drinks industry, Kate spent 10 years in advertising as a Strategic Planner at Young and Rubicam and DMB+B, where she led brand planning across many food and beverage brands including Crystal Light, Campbell’s Chunky Soup, V8, Prego and Jell-O.
