With the food scarcity menace 'waiting around the corner,' and a questioning around quality and benefits of current global food supply, innovations based on the development of synthetic replacements, which was far-fetched, today it's part of the strategy and business plan of several multiple food companies. However, its contradiction with the natural properties of food will make the road long.
