A native of Dayton, Ohio, Marshall serves as the Vice President of Culinary for Goldbergs Group. He is responsible for the oversight of the production and development of more than 300,000 daily meals across multiple facilities, with a steadfast commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and flavor in every dish.

With a history spanning 11 years at Goldbergs, Marshall has been an integral part of its journey, contributing to its expansion and diversification. Under his guidance, the group has undertaken a range of culinary projects, including the management of 11 full-service restaurants, three food manufacturing facilities, and two airline catering operations. Additionally, Goldbergs Group operates two full-service catering facilities capable of handling events for over 30,000 people.
